Optional ongoing services, such as software assistance, training or website maintenance, are available separately, on a custom quote. Hosting is not included (usually a free tier under your account) and custom CRM setup, if you want it, is quoted separately. No hidden charges.

How much does Automato CRM cost?

€70/month, on a monthly plan with no lock-in, activated separately from any package. The fee covers the self-service CRM account only (powered by GoHighLevel, Italian interface and assistance). Setup, configuration, migration and custom automations are separate services on custom quote. A direct GoHighLevel subscription starts at $97/month. You can cancel anytime: your website remains yours forever, regardless of the CRM.

Is hosting included?

No, hosting is not included. We guide you in choosing free or affordable platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages, and we configure it together with you.

Do I really own the source code?

Yes, 100%. Upon project completion, you receive all source code, server access, credentials, and documentation. You are not tied to us in any way. You can manage everything independently or with another developer.

How much does the AI WhatsApp Agent cost after installation?

No monthly fee to us. The agent is installed on your server (VPS) and the operational cost is only the AI model API usage, which varies with conversation volume and is generally modest for a small business.

Can I add features in the future?
